When you use the PaymentHub platform, we process transaction data, ERP configuration data, and payment gateway credentials on your behalf as a data processor. This data is handled in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement and applicable data protection regulations.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. This includes processing your requests, sending transactional communications, providing customer support, and analyzing usage patterns to enhance platform performance.

We may use your contact information to send you product updates, industry insights, and promotional materials related to PaymentHub. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

We use aggregated, de-identified data to generate industry benchmarks, performance reports, and product improvements. This aggregated data cannot be used to identify individual users or organizations.

PaymentHub does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following circumstances:
