PaymentHub

Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Our Commitment

PaymentHub is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to our website and platform.

We believe that the web should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website and platform that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. PaymentHub targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance.

We assess our accessibility conformance through a combination of automated testing tools, manual keyboard and screen reader testing, and periodic third-party audits. Our goal is to identify and remediate accessibility barriers on an ongoing basis.

Measures Taken

PaymentHub takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of our website and platform:

  • Include accessibility as part of our design and development workflow
  • Use semantic HTML elements and ARIA attributes where appropriate
  • Ensure all interactive elements are keyboard accessible
  • Provide sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Include alternative text for meaningful images and icons
  • Design forms with clear labels, instructions, and error messages
  • Test with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS) on a regular cadence
  • Conduct periodic accessibility audits using automated and manual testing

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. The following known limitations are being actively addressed:

  • Some interactive data visualizations (charts, graphs) may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We provide text alternatives where possible.
  • PDF documents generated by the platform may have limited accessibility. We are working to improve PDF output compliance.
  • Some third-party embedded content (payment gateway forms, video players) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
